We can collectively end Racism by returning to our Essence & embracing Oneness & Unconditional Love!

When people say "We've come a long way..." I think: Yes, in terms of legislation - but not so much in terms of wholeness and oneness - we still have (inner) work to do - collectively and individually!
A Quick Note: This started as a personal journal entry, but I was urged to share it!
I saw something today that really unsettled me. Sadly, I know I shouldn't be surprised, but I am! And I'm not angry - just fed up, as is much of an overlooked population.
I try stay away from the news and other things that I know won't sit well with me, but today I couldn't help it and jumped right down the rabbit hole called the comment section LOL!
I’m not one to gossip, so here are some limited details for the sake of this post:
A man posted on an app a photo from his ring camera of another man holding yellow flyers in his hand and said he looked suspicious, told people to be on the lookout, and wondered if anyone else was thinking the same. He also pointed out the man's actions of leaving a sticker on his door handle and asked the community if his home was being marked for something...
Some people in the community replied to call the police
Others showed concern and thanked him for his diligence
Others were angry at the accusations
Some defended the accusations
Others tried to calm the poster's worries by letting them know that their camera caught the same person (and others) who were just leaving flyers from the energy company and also mentioned that some of the flyers flew off so only the sticker was left – urging them to look around the yard…
There are a lot of new homes being built in the areas we are in, so someone even mentioned that the energy company employees were likely being considerate of the fact they were unsure if there was wet paint and/or not to damage the doors.
Still, others were chanting call the police and soliciting is illegal, or that was still weird, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah!

After seeing all this, I wasn't going to entertain it, but I began to think... who/what conditioned this man to be suspicious of a black man carrying flyers?
There, I said it!
There was no peeking or other invasion of privacy or property - he simply walked up, left a flyer, and walked away 🤔.
Additionally, I thought, it’s not soliciting if they work for the company that supplies your services... Perhaps he had a previous experience of theft by black man via sticker surveillance?
Would make the suspicion reasonable, but indicates that instead of dealing with the trauma from that incident, they've instead formed a fear/stereotype/conscious or unconscious bias around all black men with stickers...
See, I know I can be petty and that I have to be careful with my Mars in Gemini – this is why I tend to stay away! But I also know that it triggered something in me that I have been fighting but that my ancestors and guides have been pushing me to explore… these shadows, I tell you!
But on a more serious note:
Principally, fear and racism are problems for the person who exhibits them. It only becomes another's problem because of the knock-on effect of the perceptions and treatment that accompany it...
Fear and racism are debilitating and draining - they have the ability to weaken immune systems and heighten psychological defense mechanisms, not to mention how they have/can affect personal relationships.
These are all things part of our shadow side, which can affect us mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally! It is not fair to attack or blame another for your fears, false perception of Man, and/or failure to recognize ALL as One.
Even if you are reading this and don't identify as racist, think of how you have been conditioned or conditioned yourself to judge and make assumptions about other individuals or groups of people...
What do those biases say about you?
If it's not true for you, then why put that shit on others?
When people say 'we've come a long way...' I think: Yes, in terms of legislation - but not so much in terms of wholeness and oneness - we still have (inner) work to do - collectively and individually!
Others do not want to (nor should they have to) live in our shadows.
Release your old ways and beliefs - they are holding you and others back.
Redefine yourself, your values, and beliefs in ways that don't put you or others down.
Reaffirm that you are only human and that you are willing to change and do the work.
Reconnect with your true divine essence and in turn, be able to see it in others.
Restart and aim to make yourself and the world a much more connected - and therefore safer - place!

Love, Light, & High Vibes!
