Hello, Beautiful Warriors!

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe! I’m back with a tarot message. This one started as a personal reading, but I felt called to share it for others who may need to hear it!

An important - yet seemingly difficult - transit began for me a few days ago. So far, so good, but Saturn will be opposed/opposite my natal Jupiter until January 2022.

What the hell does that mean, Shannon?

Well, Saturn (the planet of lessons, rules, restrictions, etc.) will be in a challenging aspect to my natal Jupiter (the planet of luck, faith, optimism, expansion, etc.), which in turn can make me feel like I’m not getting anywhere or being blocked from going further successfully in areas relating to my Jupiter placement until I implement Saturn's lesson.

In other words, I’ll need a lot of patience to get through this period of necessary growth and hard lessons! Not mention my Saturn return cycle ended not too long ago... I feel like I've been in Saturn's class for about 13 years!

I know, not really the stuff you find in newspaper horoscopes 😊. They are great for entertainment and some days they seem to really resonate. For accuracy though, I tend to look at current planetary aspects to my natal chart (a personalized birth chart based on birth date, time, and place). For a detailed overview of your birth chart, I recommend the following sites:

I can go on and on about my love of astrology and how it has helped (and hurt) me, but I’ll save that for another post. The point of this one was to share the Tarot-Scope that I pulled to help guide me through this transit:

The first card I pulled was the Knight of Wands while asking about the overall lesson of this transit.

The second card was the Ace of Cups, which answered the question of what I should be doing.

The Nine of Swords then jumped out to tell me what I should avoid. (This card came out upright, but for purposes of the spread, I reversed it.)

On the bottom of the deck, I found the Queen of Cups sitting perfectly in her divine nature, to me, symbolizing the energy I need to tap into and what is in store for me if I work with Saturn and implement everything I've learned at his University.

The message that I got from this was that the overall lesson was learning to dance to the beat of my own drum and going after my dreams with enthusiasm.

~~ What I should be doing is following my heart, creating new things inspired by love and expecting the best, and to give of myself from the heart with empathy, joy, and compassion.

~~ I should avoid fear, pessimism, negativity (from self and others), and thinking too much/being too analytical, which can cause the inability to think clearly/block my intuition.

~~ To avoid the Nine of Swords, I can tap into the Queen of Cups energy and trust my emotions/feelings, intuition, and connection to the divine. By doing this and working with Saturn, I will have the chance to fine-tune my intuitive and healing abilities and become even more in touch with my empathic nature, so that I can continue to be of service to others in this capacity!

Whoa! The biggest takeaway for me was that my biggest challenge throughout this period could be…MYSELF!

I wanted to share this for you to use in your own situation as I turn your attention to the Knight of Wands:

Traditionally, the Knight is shown as a male, but whether you are male or female, what does this card say to you?

The woman, the horse, and even the flames are dancing and in high vibes. The four wands in the background really stood out to me, indicating that there is or will be something to celebrate - perhaps a new project or business idea that sees you leading others and having them singing your notes!

Is there something that you have wanted to do but put off because of fear, doubt, or other blockages (i.e., Covid-19)? Now may be the perfect time to take inspired action and pursue your dreams with the fiery passion reflected in this card! If nothing else, celebrate how far you’ve come and/or where you’re headed.

My advice based on the reading: Sing your own tune and allow your soul to blossom! Find new love for something that inspires you or find something new that inspires you to take action! Whatever you do create, ensure that it truly aligns with your heart’s desire. Let your feelings guide you and always remember to act from a place of kindness and compassion. Trust your intuition and your uniquely divine essence to help you through any doubts and insecurities as you pave new paths and courageously push toward your dreams!

Love, Light & High Vibes!
