Don’t Get Pulled Back into the Matrix

This message carries an energy of initiation and follow-through.


There’s a sense right now that many of us are standing at the edge of a final test: the moment before a breakthrough that changes the trajectory of our lives.


This isn’t about learning something new.

It’s about remembering everything you already know, have seen, and have lived through.

Don’t forget it now.


Because the temptation now is subtle:

to get comfortable again,

to numb out,

to let the noise pull you back into autopilot.

Initiation → Final Test → Breakthrough


You have one more step to take and I believe you know what you have to do.

What is the thing you’ve been most afraid of?


The shift you’re being asked to make won’t happen through overthinking or perfect timing. It will require more faith and trust than feels reasonable. But that’s how you’ll know it’s real.


I'm seeing the Nine of Wands as I write this. You’re not done yet! You didn’t come this far to stop now.


Use this Mercury retrograde to get things in order (if this finds you when I post it or during another retrograde phase):

  • say what needs to be said,

  • set up what needs to be ready,

  • share the work you’ve been sitting on,

  • and prepare for the leap that comes next.


The quantum jump ahead will require more faith and trust than feels comfortable. But this window exists so you can brace yourself, not stall. The sooner the better!

A Quiet Warning (and a Few Years to Prepare)


Another theme coming through that may explain why clarity feels harder to access lately:


Our reliance on technology.


The more we use it, the more we acclimate to its convenience and the less we trust ourselves. Our intuition dulls when we outsource our knowing.


Ask yourself honestly:

  • How often do you receive information, then immediately fact-check it?

  • How quickly do you reach for a screen to validate what you already felt?


Technology isn’t the enemy. But unquestioned dependency is a problem.


It’s okay (and often necessary) to disconnect once in a while. The real question is whether you can turn everything off long enough to receive your next step without interference, because divine messages should always come before the symbols on your phone, your TV, or your remote.


You Are a Receiver


Television. Radio. Phones.

They all receive signals, and so do you.


Your mind and body are constantly tuning into something. Pay attention to what you’re receiving and who you’re listening to. Is it strengthening you or nah?


We live in a time where images are designed to deceive. Deepfakes, illusions, psychological tricks... It’s never been easier for the eyes to be fooled.


But your intuition still holds truth.

Silence helps to strengthen it.



Relearning How to Be Human


We are a hands-on species. Independent, yet deeply interdependent. We don’t actually need robots doing everything for us - we need community, cohesion, family, and connection.


Think back to moments when technology failed: Power outages. Storms. Deep freezes.


What happened?


People read books.

They talked.

They wrote.

They huddled together.

They conserved battery and became present.


And the moment the lights came back on, many of us rushed straight back into the material, digital, hyper-stimulated world as if nothing had happened.


But something did happen.


We remembered.


What Would You Do Without It?


That’s the question underneath all of this.

If you didn’t have constant access…

If the noise went quiet…

If the scroll stopped…

What would you do?


November asks you to practice disconnecting intentionally, not out of fear, but out of self-trust. To retrain your mind. To remember that intuition and technology can coexist—but intuition should lead.


Right now, for many, technology is ruling.

And if you feel lost or confused: disconnect. listen. wait.


Silence is the birthplace of magic.

This message isn’t just for us; it’s for the generations coming up behind us.

And the warning isn’t catastrophic. It’s preventative.


You have time, but it's not unlimited.


Use this season wisely. Prepare gently. Choose consciously. And don’t forget who you are and what you already know.


You are a powerful receiver, so be mindful of the signal you’re tuned into.

The practices below are simple, grounded ways to assess your digital reliance and gently temper its impact, without rejecting the modern world altogether.



1. Pause Before You Reach

The next time you feel the urge to check your phone, pause for one full breath before doing

so.


You don’t need to stop yourself - just notice. That brief pause is shown to be enough to bring awareness back into the moment and interrupt autopilot.


Reflect: What was I actually reaching for just now? Information, comfort, distraction, reassurance, etc.?


2. Choose One Analog Anchor Each Day

Pick one daily activity that doesn't involve a screen, i.e., reading a physical book, writing things out instead of typing, walking without headphones, etc.


Let it be simple and repeatable.


Reflect: How do I feel during this time compared to when I’m scrolling or consuming content?



3. Notice How Content Affects You

Pay attention not just to what you consume but how you feel after.


Certain content energizes and grounds you. Other content leaves you anxious, scattered, or numb. Your body knows the difference.


Reflect: What types of content leave me feeling clearer, and which ones quietly drain me?


4. Create Predictable Tech-Free Windows

Instead of random detoxes, choose consistent times to disconnect:

the first hour of the morning, one evening a week, or the last half-hour before bed.


Consistency matters more than duration.


Reflect: What do I notice about my thoughts, dreams or creativity when my day begins or ends without a screen?


5. Ask Yourself First

Before searching for an answer or outside confirmation, ask yourself what you think or feel first. Write it down if needed. Then, if you choose, verify it.


This strengthens trust in your own discernment.


Reflect: How often do I bypass my own knowing out of habit rather than necessity?



6. Slow Down When Viewing Images

When you see an image or video that evokes a strong emotional response, pause.


Ask yourself what you’re being shown and what might be left out of the frame.

Not everything is meant to be taken at face value.


Reflect: What emotion did this trigger in me, and why might that matter?


7. Practice Silence as a Reset

Spend a few minutes in silence when you are guided - closed-eye meditation is optional

Silence is where your internal signal recalibrates.


Reflect: What thoughts, feelings, sensations, etc., surfaced when everything else went quiet?


A Quick Reminder...


These practices aren’t about restriction or rejection. They’re about choice.

You don’t need to reject technology; just choose to reclaim authority over what you receive.


Let intuition lead and let technology assist, not replace it.
