What comes to mind when you think of a bird’s nest?

Do you picture a perfectly rounded sanctuary woven with care from twigs and thread, cushioned with soft bedding, cradling a mother’s eggs waiting to hatch?

Most people would, right?

But have you ever truly observed birds in their nesting phase?

With grace and devotion, they search for just the right materials - yard to yard, grass to garden - gathering what’s available and within reach. Every stick, every fiber, every feather is chosen with intention. Not a single piece is wasted.

And not before finding the perfect spot, of course.

Unless they’re fortunate enough to find shelter in a sturdy birdhouse, their nests are cradled outdoors - in the crook of a tree branch, the quiet corner of a patio, or a sun-warmed patch of dry ground.

The soon-to-be parents do everything they can to protect that nest. To shield it from storms. To keep it hidden from predators. Still, the wind may blow. The rain may seep in. Life happens.

And sometimes...the nest falls.

But here’s the beauty: they do not give up.

They gather again.

They rebuild.

Often stronger.

Often wiser.

And when the eggs arrive?

When the hatching begins?

What stirs your heart more - the arrival of new life? The perseverance of the parents? Or the nest itself, holding steady through it all?

If you knew what that little nest had endured, would you see it differently the next time you passed by one?

Let’s go deeper...

What if I told you:

  • You are the nest.

  • The materials are your lessons.

  • The bird is Spirit | God | The Universe | The Divine | Life ...

  • And the eggs are your gifts. Your creations. Your purpose.

You have been built with care. Chosen. Shaped. Strengthened. Every challenge you’ve faced, every insight you’ve gained, every broken piece you’ve gathered has been preparing you.

There may have been storms. Moments that shook your sense of safety. Times when your nest collapsed entirely. But still, you rose. You gathered again. You became more than before.

Now… something sacred is hatching.

As you return to yourself and as you shift back into wholeness, take a moment to look at what you’ve learned. Witness the wisdom woven through your being; your potential is vast, and your gifts are stirring.

So I ask you:

🕊 What are you nurturing right now?

🕊 What dream is ready to crack open and take flight?

The time has come. What Spirit has been preparing you for…

It’s here.

And the world is ready.
